Is there a minimum age to become a U-Reporter ?
We follow the law on age minimums where a law exists, but we also look to support Convention on the rights of the child Article 13 around supporting the right of a child to freedom of expression. In U-Report Zambia we ask that you are older than 13, just like in other social networks.
